Exhibitor Showcase

From the world’s first Baking and Sweets Show in the fall of 2011 in Toronto, visitors knew this was something unique, exciting, and different from anything they had previously experienced.  When Buddy Valastro stepped onto the Main Stage and looked out into the waves of humanity, he declared, “Wow, I feel like a rock star!”

It was not just another food show, not just a cake, chocolate or confectionery show.  It was all of the above and more!

Current cake decorating has reached an art form. Whether amateur or professional, our exhibitors offer the biggest selection and hardest-to-find supplies at the Baking and Sweets Show:

This is that one time of year when you’re allowed “the Day Off” to indulge in decadent baked goodies and be dazzled by our sweets vendors.

If you want the more traditional fare, discover cupcakes in every color and flavor imaginable, cake pops, cake, gourmet doughnuts, tarts, pies, bread, exquisite candy and Halloween treats and caramel corn, ice cream, yogurts and of course …

Chocolate – whether it’s Belgian, French or Swiss – let the debate rage on.  Try them all; dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate – bonbons, truffles, lollipops, boxed chocolates, fudge.

We don’t discriminate against pizza pies because they’re baked too!

If your favorite store, with the products that you love, isn’t represented – ask them why not?  Or, perhaps, try someone new that you discovered at America's Baking and Sweets Show.

This is the place to find versatile bake ware, cookware, kitchen tools & gadgets, tableware, small and large appliances, cookbooks and so many varieties of pots, pans and cutlery.

The Baking and Sweets Show is consumer-focused.  It’s all about grassroots marketing, an opportunity to shake hands, sample or ask the opinions of customers.  The feedback is instantaneous.  Thousands of baking and sweets aficionados can be counted upon to give a fairly accurate assessment of products.

It’s also an opportunity to support retailers and distributors.  They may carry some product lines but suppliers/manufacturers can demo their best brands or a larger assortment of product lines.

It’s about knowing the market, what consumers really want.
