Let Tina Selga, owner of My Sweet Kake show you how to frost a cake with roses and the popular ombre! She will show you how to make a perfect rose using the right piping tip. She will also demonstrate how to crumb coat a cake and share extra tips on what tools she uses to get a smooth buttercream cake. This cake is easy to make and so pretty to look at!

"HOW TO MAKE FRENCH MACARONS"
Let Tina Selga, owner of My Sweet Kake show you how to make French Macarons. Delicious and beautiful, it is an almond meringue cookies filled with different types of fillings such as buttercream, jam, ganache or curd. She will even show you how to make your own almond meal. During her demo, she will be making double chocolate French macaron, it's chocolate macaron shell filled with chocolate buttercream. You will know the tools and equipment you need and the basic recipe at the end of the demo. You will be given a sample of double chocolate macaron, one of their best selling macaron at My Sweet Kake.
