"THANKSGIVING TREATS MADE EASY WITH RUSHION MCDONALD AND PERFECT BAKE" $60 per person Admission
Learn how to make delicious treats just in time for Thanksgiving with Rushion McDonald, award-winning baker, entrepreneur and Emmy Award-winning television producer. In this 2.5 hour hands-on class, participants will learn how to make a variety of Rushion’s favorite desserts from his recipe collection using the Perfect Bake Smart Scale + Interactive Recipe App. Rushion will lead the class through four recipes (No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake, Brown Sugared Monkey Bread Muffins, Apple Snowball Bites and No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake) that students will enjoy in class, talk about the different techniques he uses in his recipes and walk participants through the interactive features in the Perfect Bake app (like precision pouring, recipe scaling and portioning) that will make their baking projects a piece of cake! Every participant will receive a Perfect Bake 2.0 system to use in class and take home (MSRP: $49.95). All ingredients will be provided; students should bring an iOS or Android-enabled smartphone or tablet to download the free recipe app in class.

"Sugar Cookie Decorating" $60 Admission
Learn how to decorate sugar cookies using thinned down royal icing and various finishing techniques, hands-on decorating skills that can be applied all year round for various occasions. In this 2.5 hour hands-on class, participants will learn Andrea’s favorite techniques such as flow-in designs, color dragging, and adding accents with sprinkles and piping skills. All participants will receive 9 fall-themed sugar cookies to decorate. All icing, pastry bags, and tips will be provided during class time.

"Mirror Glaze on Individual Entremet" $60 Admission
Learn how to make white chocolate mirror glaze to cover an individual entremet. Andrea Nickels will demo the basics of assembling a complex entremet for Thanksgiving. She will provide gingersnap cookies, cake, caramel apple filling, and caramel mousse. Then she will demo the mirror glaze that can be enhanced with your choice of colors to either marbleize or drizzle to make unique designs. In this 2.5 hour hands-on class, participants will have the opportunity to assemble a mini entremet and tint their own glaze to create their own unique design. Finishing touches will also be provided to enhance creation. All participants will receive components for Caramel Apple Mousse Entremet and mirror glaze during class time.
Reservations for Hands-On Classes are based on first come-first served. Price varies per class.
